Happy New Year peeps! How’s your new year starting? What are your plans and goals for the year? Let’s get this year started off with a bang especially with this full moon on the 3rd, also called the Wolf Moon. The Wolf SuperMoon is about letting go of what no longer serves you, reflection, and new beginnings.
So, this time I want to chat about my time on the mat or OTM as I like to call it, well really my partner lol. You might just see some #freeapOTM shirts out to free me once I’m off the mat. With my time being on the mat, I’ve been having a lot of time to think and wonder what’s my reasoning for going through this spiritual journey. You know, really, asking myself why did I choose this and what will I do with my newfound elevation.
My time OTM has been mostly about discipline and using my own medicine on myself. Which I’m realizing is harder to do for some reason. I know my medicine and spiritual gifts work on others like my clients, but why am I not using on myself? Something I’m still pondering on.
Also, I have a new show I’m binge watching, Lucifer. At first, I was skeptical of watching it at first because I thought it was scary and demons everywhere on the show. Except, it’s not that at all well one demon so far but I like her lol. Its actually Lucifer living on Earth and turning good just by living among the humans. Also, beefing with his Dad aka God so right now I’m Netflix and chilling Lucifer right now while typing.
This new year I feel really good about it, like what I’m looking for is going to come soon. Started off this new year with a hike on this wolf supermoon with a bunch of beautiful melanated people. You know I wouldn’t go through those hike trails alone before so its pretty cool to finally go on one with other Black people who are motivated to be in nature. One of my main goals this year is to network, network, network. I’ve been to golf a lot lately and the main goal there is to network because you know business deals get done on the green. Or maybe I’ll end up at a fancy, private dinner or event with the elite or the business men and women. Also, to add an event as a vendor to network my spiritual and wellness business of reiki. I feel putting myself out there will help me to stand in my light and receive what’s mine. No more being quiet, but using my throat chakra to express my needs and wants while allowing the universe to answer back. So lets use this year to get what’s ours!
